AGM Statement

Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, will hold its Annual General Meeting at 12 noon today. At the meeting Robin Williams, Chairman, will make the following statement:

"Whilst markets remain subdued, trading remains broadly in line with management's expectations. Productivity and yield continue to improve as a result of activities in manufacturing. The Board's expectations for the year remain unchanged."
