Chill Brands, the consumer packaged-goods distribution company, is pleased to announce that its 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at 3.00 pm on Tuesday, 19 September 2023 at the offices of Allenby Capital Limited, 5th Floor, 5 St Helen's Place, London EC3A 6AB (the "AGM").  The notice of the AGM ("Notice") will be published today and made available on the Company's website in accordance with the electronic communications provisions of the Company's Articles of Association.
