Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Checkit plc (AIM: CKT), is pleased to confirm that, further to the announcements made on 26 November 2021 regarding the proposed Placing, a Circular, including the notice of General Meeting and a Form of Proxy are today being posted to shareholders.

The General Meeting will be held at Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT on 16 December 2021 at 10.00 a.m.

A copy of the Circular will shortly be available to download from the Company's website at www.checkit.net.

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Circular.
