Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Checkit plc (AIM:CKT), announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 January 2022, together with the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders. Copies of these documents are available on the Company's website at www.checkit.net.

The AGM will be held at 12:00 (noon) on Thursday 9 June 2022 at Fieldfisher LLP, Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT.

Detailed instructions regarding actions shareholders must take to ensure that their votes are counted are set out in the letter accompanying the notice of AGM, which has been circulated to shareholders and is also available on the Company's website.
