Ceres Power Holdings plc (the "Company") announces the grant of LTIP share options on 4 May 2023 under the Ceres Power Holdings plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs"):

A further two-year holding period in addition to the three-year vesting period applies to these awards.
