Director Dealing
Central Asia Metals plc (AIM:CAML) was notified on 11 January 2021 of dealings that have taken place in ordinary shares of US$0.01 each of the Company ("Shares") in which Robert Cathery, a Non-Executive Director of the Company has an interest.
(a) On 6 January 2021, Mr Cathery transferred for nil consideration, 500,000 Shares which had been held by Mr Cathery personally, to Elizabeth Cathery (wife of Mr Cathery), and a Person Closely Associated to Mr Cathery.
(b) On 11 January 2021, each at an average price of £2.5007 per Share:
- Mr Cathery sold 325,000 Shares;
- Elizabeth Cathery sold 325,000 Shares; and
- The Cathery Family Trust, a Person Closely Associated to Mr Cathery, sold 100,000 Shares.
Following the above transactions, Mr Cathery's total beneficial interest in the Company's Shares is 1,355,254 Shares, representing approximately 0.77% of the issued share capital of the Company. Of the 1,355,524 Shares, 530,254 are now held in the name of Robert Cathery, 425,000 Shares are held by Elizabeth Cathery and 400,000 are held jointly by him with Elizabeth Cathery in the Cathery Family Trust.
