Total Voting Rights

In respect to the share issue announced on 6 August 2021 the Company confirms that, 19,534,214 shares admitted to trading on 13 August 2021 and the remaining 450 shares will admit to trading on 19 August 2021.

Following the admission of the 19,534,664 new shares the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 2,110,772,114, this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
