On 18 September 2023 Andrew Shepherd, the Company's CEO and a PDMR, informed the Company of the following share transactions which took place on 15 September 2023.
Exercise of Sharesave options
Andrew Shepherd exercised options to acquire 1,535 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £11.72 per Share under the 2020 Brooks Macdonald Group plc Sharesave Plan. These options were granted on 13 May 2020 and matured on 1 June 2023.
Share Transfer
Andrew Shepherd transferred 15,000 Shares to his wife, Alison Shepherd, at a price of £18.85 per Share.
Exercise of Options and Share Sale
Andrew Shepherd exercised options to acquire 2,067 Shares at a price of £14.52 per Share under the Brooks Macdonald Group plc 2013 Company Share Option Plan and sold the resulting Shares at a price of £19.00 per Share. These options were granted on 21 November 2013 and matured on 21 November 2016.
