Annual Report Update

Further to the Company's recent announcement of its final result for the 18-month period to 25 December 2022 ("FY 2022 Results"), the Company announces that the Annual Report in connection with the FY 2022 Results is expected to be published on 18 May 2023. A copy of the Annual Report will be sent out to shareholders on the same day together with a notice of Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on the 12 June 2023 at 10.30a.m.
