Brighton Pier Group PLC confirms that the Company's 2023 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted yesterday by first class post to shareholders.

The Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL. at 2.00p.m. on Wednesday 12 June 2024.
