Additional Block Listing of Ordinary Shares

The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission of securities in respect of 10,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value (the "Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM (the "Block Admission"). New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme and Performance Share Plan awards.

New Ordinary Shares issued under the block listing will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 28 January 2021. The Company's issued share capital has not changed as a result of the Block Admission application.

As at the date of this announcement, there are 1,687,565,966 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury. This figure may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
