Board update

Further to the announcement made on 10 March 2021, Breedon is pleased to announce that Rob Wood has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and that James Brotherton has joined the board as Chief Financial Officer.

We are also pleased to confirm that Helen Miles has joined the board as an independent non-executive Director and will sit on the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
