('Breedon' or the 'Company')

Directors' and PDMRs' Dealings

The Company announces that on 23 April 2021 the following Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) were granted awards under the Company's Performance Share Plan in respect of the three-year performance period (2021 to 2023), to acquire the number of ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") set against their names in the table below.  The awards will vest on 23 April 2024, subject to the satisfaction of the undernoted performance conditions and any resulting shares will be released following a further holding period of two years from the date of vesting.
