PDMR Dealings

The Company has been notified that Terry Lagan, Managing Director - Breedon Ireland, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') has exercised options granted to him under the Breedon Group Irish Savings Related Share Option Scheme and accordingly has acquired 23,484 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 64.9p per Ordinary Share.  His total beneficial shareholding is 23,484 Ordinary Shares, which equates to less than 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.

As at today there are 1,689,603,593 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
