PDMR Dealings

The Company has been notified that, pursuant to the Company's dividend reinvestment plan, on 24 May 2022 Michael Pearce, Managing Director - Breedon Materials ("PDMR") bought 1,931 shares of nil par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), at a price of 69.0p per Ordinary Share.  As a consequence, Mr Pearce now has an interest in 124,294 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.007% of the Company's total voting rights.

As at today's date, the Company has 1,693,710,169 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.  This figure may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
