Directors' and PDMRs' Dealings

The Company announces that on 11 April 2023 the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs') were granted awards under the Company's Performance Share Plan in respect of the three-year performance period (2023 to 2025), to acquire the number of ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') set against their names in the table below.  The awards will vest on 11 April 2026, subject to the satisfaction of the undernoted performance conditions. In addition, any resulting shares will be released following a further holding period of two years from the date of vesting.
