Prior to the increase in its shareholding on 24 May 2023 disclosed in this notice, Abicad Holding Limited held 12.50% of the shares in Breedon Group plc, as disclosed in the issuer's prospectus published on 11 May 2023 in connection with the admission of its shares to listing on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market. On 25 May 2023, Abicad Holding Limited acquired 300,000 further shares in Breedon Group plc bringing its total holding to 45,604,894 (13.456674%) as of the date of completion of this notice.
