Notification of transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs)

The Company has been notified that on 1 May 2024 Rob Wood, Chief Executive Officer and PDMR exercised options granted to them in 2019 under the Breedon Group Savings Related Share Option Scheme (the 'SAYE Scheme') and accordingly have acquired the number of ordinary shares of £0.01 in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of £2.75.

As at today there are 343,434,011 Ordinary Shares in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
