Grant of Restricted Stock Units

Director/PDMR Shareholding

Brave Bison, the social media and marketing group, announces that it has granted 12,256,424 restricted stock units ("RSUs") to Philippa Norridge, Chief Financial Officer of Brave Bison.

The RSUs have been granted as EMI-qualifying RSUs under the Company's RSU Plan, adopted in November 2017 (the "2017 Plan"), and entitle the recipient to receive new ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") upon exercise of the RSUs on a one-for-one basis at an exercise price of 0.1 pence per Ordinary Share.

The RSUs now issued will vest in three equal tranches over a three-year period commencing on 1 May 2020. 

The total pool of RSUs under the 2017 Plan is limited to 12.5 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and following the above grant, a total of 28,008,936 RSUs are now in issue, representing approximately 4.6 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
