Brave Bison, the social media and marketing group, announces that on 11 November 2021 it was notified that Simon Davies has a beneficial interest in 50,416,559 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 4.66 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and that, as trustee, guardian or adviser, Mr. Davies controls a further 14,525,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.34 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

As a result, Mr. Davies is interested in a total of 64,941,559 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.01 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
