Board Responsibilities Update

On 6 June 2023, Brand Architekts Group plc, a challenger British Beauty brand business, announced that Roger McDowell, Chairman, was taking a temporary sabbatical for family health reasons. It is now expected that Roger will resume his duties as Chair on the first working day of October 2023. During the intervening period, Roger remains a Director and Chris How, Independent Non-executive Director, continues to assume the position of Chair in Roger's absence.
