Brand Architekts Group PLC (AIM: BAR), a market leader in the development and supply of beauty and personal care brands, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024 and Notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at 11 a.m. on 3 December 2024 at the Group's office at 8 Waldegrave Road, Teddington, TW11 8GT.
