Result of AGM

The Annual General Meeting of Brand Architekts Group Plc was held today at 11.00 at 8 Waldegrave Road, Teddington, Middlesex TW11 8GT.

Except for Resolutions 5 and 6, all Resolutions as previously set out in the Notice of AGM were duly passed. The Board will be engaging with its shareholders regarding their views in relation to Resolutions 5 (Directors' power to allot equity securities) and 6 (Disapplication of pre-emption rights), in order to understand the reasons why these received a vote of over 20% against.
