Board Change

Boston International Holdings plc announces that Brock Tuppeny, non-executive director nominated by Zarara Energy Ltd ("ZEL"), has resigned from the board of directors of the Company with immediate effect for personal reasons. Brock Tuppeny is no longer a shareholder or board member of ZEL. Further announcement will be made in due course when a replacement nominee of ZEL is identified.
