Issue of a Supplementary Prospectus

The Company announces that it has published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the offer for subscription to raise up to £20 million together with an over-allotment facility of up to a further £10 million which the Company announced on 3 September 2021 (the "Offer").

The Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of Financial Services and Market Act 2000 following the publication of the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 by the Company.

Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus and the Company's accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and the Supplementary Prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
