Declaration of Interim Dividend

Interim Dividend

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce an interim dividend, in respect of the Company's financial year ending on 31 December 2023, of 2.5p per share.  This dividend will be paid on 26 April 2024 to shareholders on the Company's register of members as at 12 April 2024.  The ex-dividend date is 11 April 2024 and the last date for receipt of elections in respect of the interim dividend under the Company's flexible dividend re-investment scheme is 11 April 2024.
