Director / PDMR Shareholding
Blackbird (AIM: BIRD), the developer and seller of the market-leading cloud video editing platform, Blackbird, was informed that, on 22 March 2021, Ian McDonough, Chief Executive Officer, and Syarifah Aidid, a person closely associated with Ian McDonough, each bought 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.8 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25.365 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the above purchases, Ian McDonough and his wife, Syarifah Aidid, now have a total beneficial interest in 8,130,236 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 2.41 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Additionally, Blackbird was informed that, on 22 March 2021, Andrew Bentley, Chairman of the Company, bought 78,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 25.35 pence per Ordinary Share. Andrew Bentley now has a total beneficial interest in 179,929 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
