Blackbird (AIM: BIRD), the developer and seller of the market-leading cloud video editing platform, Blackbird, was informed that, on 24 March 2021, Stephen White, Chief Operating and Financial Officer, bought 28,637 ordinary shares of 0.8 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25.29 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the above purchase, Stephen White, now has a total beneficial interest in 335,970 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.10 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
