Blackbird plc (AIM: BIRD; OTCQX: BBRDF), the technology licensor, developer and seller of the market-leading cloud native video editing platform, Blackbird, is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
