Exercise of Options

Begbies Traynor Group plc (the "Company") announces that certain employees have today exercised options over 2,238,142 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Share Options").

The Company will satisfy the exercise of the Share Options using existing shares held in its Employee Benefit Trust.

Following the exercise of the Share Options, the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights remains unchanged at 159,498,995, of which 196,415 are held in the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. No shares are held in treasury.
