25 June 2021 - Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, has been informed that Gordon McArthur, Chief Executive Officer has today sold a total of 750,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 119p per share.
Following the transaction, Mr. McArthur retains a substantial holding of 46.9% of the total issued share capital of the Company, being 26,290,410* Ordinary Shares.
*Includes 740,000 Ordinary Shares held by Gordon McArthur's wife, Claire McArthur.
