Grant of Share Options

26 November 2021 - Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, announces that on 26 November 2021 options over a total of 2,273,000 ordinary shares of £0.00125 in the Company ("Options") were granted under the Beeks Financial Cloud Employee Share Option Plan. An Option over 195,000 shares was awarded to Fraser McDonald, Chief Financial Officer of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR Options"). Options were also granted over 2,078,000 shares to certain employees of the Company, each of whom are not persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("Employee Options").

The PDMR Options vest after three years and the Employee Options vest over 2 years to 3 years from the date of grant with an exercise price of £0.00125, subject to challenging performance conditions being met.
