AGM Arrangements Update

14 December 2021 -- Beeks Financial Cloud Group Plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, announces a change to the arrangements for the holding of the Company's 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") in the light of the Covid-19 guidelines published by HM Government on 9 December 2021.

The Company`s principal priority is the health and safety of all its stakeholders, employees, advisers and colleagues. It is with this in mind that the Group has implemented stringent practices throughout the duration of the pandemic.  

In the light of the latest governmental guidance the Company announces that the AGM will now be held virtually on 15 December 2021 at 1:30pm GMT. In order to ensure that shareholders and investors are able to follow the proceedings of the AGM, the Company will provide online access to the meeting. Shareholders wishing to attend must register via e-mail to investor@beeksgroup.com by no later than 1:30pm on 14 December 2021. Shareholders and investors will need to provide evidence of their holding.

Shareholders may submit questions for the Board and management to consider via the investor@beeksgroup.com email address by 1:30pm on 14 December 2021.
