Notice of Annual General Meeting

28 November 2022 --- Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, is pleased to confirm that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2022, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy, will today be posted to shareholders.

The Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website at www.beeksgroup.com.

The Company also announces that the 2022 AGM of Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc will be held at Riverside Building, 2 King's Inch Way, Renfrew PA4 8YU on 22 December 2022 at 12:00 noon.

Further details on the arrangement for this year's AGM are set out in the Notice of AGM. As stated above, the Notice of AGM, together with a Form of Proxy, has been posted to shareholders today. The Notice of AGM will shortly also be available on the Company's website.
