Grant of Share Options and Director/PDMR Shareholding

Bango (AIM: BGO), the global platform for data-driven commerce, announces that on 08 March 2022, in line with the established policy of allocating employee share options, the following Directors and PDMRs were granted options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 177.5 pence per Ordinary Share, being the closing price on 08 March 2022.

The options for Executive Directors vest over a three year period, in twelve equal instalments, one twelfth each quarter, and may be exercised up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant. The options have been granted as part of The Bango Employee Share Option Scheme.

The options for Non-Executive Directors vest after 4 years in one instalment. The options have been granted as part of the Bango PLC 2022 Non-Executive Directors Share Option Plan.
