Share Options Grant and Director/PDMR Dealings

Cambridge, UK, 13 June 2024 - Bango (AIM: BGO), announces that, in line with the established policy of allocating share options, and in line with the QCA code, on 13 June 2024 Anthony Perkins, Non-Executive Director, was granted options to subscribe for 50,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 133.5 pence per Ordinary Share, being the closing price on 12 June 2024. The options have been granted as part of the Bango PLC 2022 Non-Executive Directors Share Option Plan and vest after 4 years in one instalment.
