Aukett Swanke (AIM: AUK), the Architecture and Smart Buildings group, announces that, on 16 November 2023, it was notified that Julia Thompson had acquired 1,826,700 ordinary shares in the Company in an off-market transaction.  Julia Thompson is the wife of Nicholas Thompson, the Company's former Chief Executive Officer. The shares were acquired from a former director of one of the Company's subsidiaries and represented that former director's entire holding.

As a result of the acquisition, Nicholas Thompson and Persons Closely Associated with him are now beneficially interested in, in aggregate, 18,629,111 shares, being approximately 6.35% of the Company's issued share capital, an increase from a position representing 5.73% of the Company's issued share capital prior to the transaction.
