Aukett Swanke (AIM: AUK), the group providing Smart Buildings, Architectural and Design Services, is pleased to announce that, further to the Company's announcements on 21 March and 4 April 2024 and following the passing of resolutions at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 26 April 2024, the Company has allotted and issued 42,500,000 warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at a price of 1 penny per Ordinary Share for a period of three years from grant, pursuant to the Subscription and Additional Subscription, including to certain members of the Board and management as set out in the table below:
