The Company announces that it has received notification that Harwood Capital Limited, investment manager to North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC and PCA to Christopher Mills, a Director of the Company, has reduced its interest in the ordinary shares of the Company ("Shares") on 1 September 2024 as a result of the transfer of client Shares for nil consideration.
