Approval and Publication of Prospectus

Ashington Innovation plc, a special purpose acquisition company ("SPAC") aiming to benefit from favourable price conditions for companies in the financial services technology and deep technology sectors, announces that a prospectus ("the Prospectus") has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and has been published by the Company.

Copies of the Prospectus will shortly be available from the Company's registered office at 27/28 Eastcastle Street, London, W1W 8DH, as well as on the Company's website at www.ashingtoninnovationplc.com, subject to certain access restrictions.

The Prospectus will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
