Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that on 31 May 2023 Andrew Salmon, Group Chief Operating Officer of the Company, has transferred shares in which he is beneficially interested to his Individual Savings Account ("ISA"). There has been no change in his beneficial interest as a result of these transactions.

Mr Salmon sold 27,563 Ordinary Shares of 1p each and 276 Ordinary Non-Voting Shares of 1p each in the Company, held in his Self-Invested Pension Plan, together with a further 2,068 Ordinary Shares and 21 Ordinary Non-Voting Shares, held in his personal account. Also on 31 May 2023, Mrs Sally Salmon, the wife of Mr. Salmon, sold 2,068 Ordinary Shares and 21 Ordinary Non-Voting Shares, held in her personal account.

Simultaneously, Andrew Salmon purchased 31,699 Ordinary Shares and 318 Ordinary Non-Voting Shares within his ISA.

Following these transactions, Mr. Salmon's beneficial interest in the Company's Ordinary shares remains unchanged at 51,699 shares, representing 0.32 per cent. of the Company's voting rights, together with 518 Ordinary Non-Voting Shares representing 0.39 per cent of the total in issue excluding shares held in Treasury.

Further details of the PDMR dealings are included below. This information has been provided in accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
