Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR) has been notified by Nick Downshire, a Non-Executive Director, that on 13 July 2021, 33,409 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') held by the Downshire 1992 Settlement Trust were sold at a price of 300 pence per share. Nick Downshire is one of the trustees of the Downshire 1992 Settlement Trust and therefore holds a non-beneficial interest.
