2 August 2021. In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR) wishes to notify the market of the following: 

As at 30 July 2021, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 60,092,161 ordinary shares of 20p each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights. No shares are currently held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30 July 2021 is therefore 60,092,161.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company.
