Grant of options

8 November 2021. Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the international animal health business, announces that, on 5 November 2021, nil-cost options over a total of 264,981 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 20p per share ("the Options") were awarded to 

the Executive Directors and PDMRs of the Company and to members of the Senior Executive

Team pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.

The awards will normally vest on 31 December 2024 following the assessment of performance criteria based on Earnings Per Share (EPS) growth per annum and Total Shareholder Return (TSR) over a three-year financial period ending 31 December 2024 and are as follows:

50% of the option award will be subject to the EPS performance condition and the remaining 50% 

will be subject to the TSR performance condition. Accordingly, if one of the performance conditions 

is met but the other is not, the Option award will only vest in part.

After the grant of the Options, the PDMRs set out below hold the following Options and ordinary shares:
