5 October 2023. Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the international animal health business, confirms that it has received notification that Marc Coucke, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has acquired 192,700 Ordinary Shares in the Company pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan ("DRIP").
Following the acquisition, Mr Coucke has an interest in 14,751,674 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 24.55% of the Company's total issued share capital.
