Grant of options and PDMR Dealing
25 April 2024. Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the international animal health business, announces that, on 23 April 2024, nil-cost options over a total of 439,690 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 20p per share ("the Options") were awarded to the Executive Directors and PDMRs of the Company and to certain members of the Senior Executive Team pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. The Options were originally intended to be granted on 30 October 2023, however were deferred due to MAR-related conditions.
The awards will normally vest on 31 December 2026 following the assessment of performance criteria based on Earnings Per Share (EPS) growth per annum and Total Shareholder Return (TSR) over a three-year financial period ending 31 December 2026 which are as follows:

50% of the Option award will be subject to the EPS performance condition and the remaining 50% will be subject to the TSR performance condition. Accordingly, if one of the performance conditions is met but the other is not, the Option award will only vest in part.
After the grant of the Options, the PDMRs set out below hold the following Options and ordinary shares:
