31 May 2024. For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company's issued share capital as at 31 May 2024 consisted of 60,374,268 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") . No shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 60,374,268 .

The above figure of 60,374,268 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTRs.
