Pursuant to Article 133 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Hrvatska poštanska banka, p.l.c., Zagreb, Jurišićeva ulica 4 (hereinafter: the Bank), announces the meeting of the Management Board and the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Bank to be held on February 24, 2025.

Management Board and Supervisory Board will discuss unaudited consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements of the Bank's for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024.
