The Company is pleased to announce that Fiona Wollocombe has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 10 June 2021.
Peter Lawrence, the chairman of the Company's board of directors commented: "I am delighted that Fiona has agreed to join us and welcome her to an already talented board. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the VCT industry will be of great benefit to us.
