Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the international healthcare group, makes the following notification in accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1.

As at 30 June 2021 the Company's issued share capital consists of 535,311,261 Ordinary Shares of 1p each.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 535,311,261 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they should determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
